copies of pictures of passport and vaccination?

Preparing for our upcoming check-in and vaccination upload. When we check-in do we upload copies or a picture of our vaccination card and passport? Are either OK? Besides the guest pictures, vaccination cards, and passports - is there anything else I should prepare for our check-in? Thanks!

Picture (mug shot) and photo of passport can be uploaded to the DCL site/app at 30 days out. The vax card is uploaded to safe passage at 15 days out

I had a devil of a time getting a photo of the passports without glare. I must've taken a dozen pictures of my wife & mine. Grrr
