Cooper's Holiday Video part 4-Hollywood Studios

Another awesome Cooper family video!

So cool, love the all the writing at the end. I was cracking up at your kids at the beginning, my brother used to annoy (sorry, still annoys) me with things like that all the time! :rotfl:

Can't wait for episode 5 :goodvibes

Love this one too and can't imagine how you are getting them done so quickly as our's too ages to get right :thumbsup2

Great update. Hollywood Studios is so fun. I just watched it with my kids and they thought your kids were funny at the start too. :lmao:

haha, that part at the start is really good I thought. She was getting really ****ty with him and she wanted to get it right. If you listen carefully just before the intro you can hear Jake say " ouch " as Tara is squeezing his hand to stop him getting in her way. its funny as

loved it! The sibling fighting at the start - and then the big Star Wars finally, it was so exciting to watch! We are a household of SW fans (especially my husband) and when I was watching this I just kept imagining how happy he is going to be when it's our turn to ride!

PS - I was in Bendigo yesterday:)

dabecs, Hubby is a crazy star wars fan too. We are setting up the movie room soon. If you come to Bendigo again you can droop hubby off and we will go shopping.lol:thumbsup2

Sugarglider, I have no idea, we did have a stroller, but maybe we didn't take it that time.

carlo is a huge SW fan, we even have mini-son -- an r2d2 who is about knee height that is fully interactive and dances to cantina music -- lol. when we went to DLR we 'had' to see star tours 3 times in a row too. he wants to go back, but in june for star wars weekend, which is probably shaping up to be around 2014 now... lol. i loved the scrolling text at the end, just perfect.

he's also got movie envy now and is shopping around for a good movie camera to take with us on our trip :)

just a quick query.. any recommendations on make/model and what kind of data storage did you take, just sd cards? i'm thinking we're gonna need to get decent tax returns this year... i have my eye on a new camera, plus the tablet we need to buy, plus a laptop, plus the movie camera :)

This is Steve here,(the husband)

I took my crappy old laptop and put all my footage onto an external PORTABLE hard drive which I got off Amazon and had it delivered to the room (cheaper than here). My camcorder holds 120gb on internal hard disc (9 hrs HD footage).
I am going to buy a new video camera for our trip next year as the JVC i have is crappy in LOW LIGHT. In fact most of the $800 cameras are bad indoors or low light. I am getting the Canon XA10 its a bit more expensive but would be much more worth it.
We also have the Canon D60 HD stills camera (which will shoot amazing video onto a Flashcard(also buy from Amazon USA much much cheaper than here), I just got 2,,,32gb Class 10 flash cards and that was heaps (2 batteries thou).
I also bought a MACBOOK PRO not to long before the trip as they are awesome for Video Editing and Photo editing etc.

So to sum it up I would get

Canon video camera XA10 is gonna be my weapon of choice.(or Sony if you wanna spend less)

Canon Stills camera (Dont skimp here they are awesome)
Macbook pro laptop
1tb Extrernal Hard Drive
2x 32gb CLASS 10 Flash cards for you stills camera

One thing I will do next time is take a 4 way aussie power board cause the recharging of everything was hard in 2 x US power adapters lol

Hope this helps.

Apple make some good products to make ,making movies really easy.

Regards Steve

steve, you're a gem. that's fabulous info... i have a panasonic for my camera at the moment, but was looking to upgrade to a nikon for my stills. the tablet we're looking at the xoom over the ipad, as it gives us more flexibility in some of the features we were needing. the card, laptop and video camera recommendations i will definitely take on board.. and i think we really will have to invest in that external HD, as we're just using our comp's internal memory at this stage.

thanks again!!!
