Getting ready for my very first stay at Wilderness Lodge in general and Cooper Creek specifically. What floor is the main check in desk at? I’d like to avoid taking an elevator to my room. Thanks

What room type did you reserve? "Deluxe Studio" is pretty much on the first floor (lobby is 2nd floor). If you booked "Deluxe Studio with Walk-In Shower" you will be on the upper floors. Any other room type will mostly be mixed through Floors 2+

The lobby is on the second floor. Request a room with a 2 first number. I’ve stayed in 2111. Very close to the lobby. The hallway is right by the Merchantile. Nice view of the stream.

I guess that is true. So technically the 1st or 2nd floor could work. The OP could take the ramp down by Roaring Forks then cross the courtyard back to the Copper Creek Wing to avoid an elevator for that floor.

I have a studio with walk in shower. I never realized there would be a difference in how the rooms are distributed within the resort. Will definitely request 2nd floor.

Thanks so much for the replies. I was surprised that I had so much trouble finding the info. Don’t know what I would do without these boards
