If you're ever in southern California, the Queen Mary is a permanent floating hotel/museum in Long Beach now. I recognized her interiors in a few of those photos. I highly recommend visiting her if you ever have the opportunity--she's a grand old dame, and you can see some absolutely stunning art deco architecture and design. She has some incredible history, including time spent in service as a transport ship during WWII.

You can also see where DCL got a lot of their inspiration when designing their ships.
