Cooking with mickey cook book?

I Have a copy of cooking with Mickey volume II that I purchased a few years ago from amazon and I found it does not have a publication date inside. Does anyone know when the original publication date was?
It is the one with a red cover and spiral binding.

I have a copy of what I believe is the first Mickey cookbook - Cooking with MICKEY Around Our World: the most requested recipes from Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Copyright date is 1987.

It's a soft cover book (the cover is vinyl-like, with Mickey in a kitchen)? I think the OP was asking about a Volume 2 (which has the same Mickey on the cover, but he's inside an oval on a red hard cover).

That's the first of the "Cooking wit Mickey" cookbooks, but there were earlier "Mickey Mouse Cookbooks" and other Disney cookbooks.

Although it says "Published in 2000" that may be a later printing. I have a copy of that same red covered spiral bound "Cooking With Mickey Vol II" that has a gold sticker on the front that says "1st printing" on it. I bought it in Disney World on Dec 20, 1991.
