Anyone know of a "Gideon-esque" cookie company that is able to deliver their product? Hoping to find a way to give as gifts.

Not Gideon esque but also very good:
Schmackerys. They are in NYC and ship all over the country-they even have gift tins an individually wrap the cookie (I forget in what it’s been so long) and a plethora of choices as well as gluten free and vegan options.

I like Chery's cookies. (https://www.cheryls.com/). They come individually wrapped. Everyone that I've sent them to said they were very good and my DH & I think so, too. They are a sponsor of the Very Merriest, and supplied the complimentary cookies this year. Snickerdoodles are not my favorite, though. . Prefer their frosted butter creams.
