Is hosting a convention a good idea and where can you can?

I've hosted a convention at Disney every year since 2004. I've had them at CSR, GF, YC, BW. I've enjoyed all the venues, but like the smaller ones the best. I can answer any question you have pertaining to holding a convention at WDW. Anyway, this December we're at GF.
