Convention Center Yacht Club

I'm going to a convention in June at the Yacht & Beach Club. I've made reservations at the Yacht Club.

I've looked at the Resort Map and have tried finding actual pictures of the convention center.

How is the convention center connected to the Yacht Club? Is it by a walkway? Is the walkway covered the whole way? Is there a particular room/area/section that I should put in for a room request?

The convention center is just to the left of the front entrance. There is a covered walkway connecting it to the lobby.

I don't have any recommendations for room requests other than maybe to be close to the lobby.
