Contract and deposit submitted! The waiting begins....and we are off to ROFR!!

After tons of reading and researching we put out an offer 5/27 and it got accepted 6/2! Totally excited about it!

We received the contract Friday 6/3 and e-mailed it back 6/6 and sent the deposit out to the closing company.. Now the waiting begins I guess? The sellers have yet to fax back their contract... We are getting a bit anxious as to why it is taking them so long to get the contract back... Fingers crossed that today is the day...

Yay.. I am so excited!! We received the seller's contract back today and we are off to ROFR!!

I hope all goes smoothly from here.. we already have this years vacation booked through renting points so we are not in a hurry... but sure nice to know we have a contract!

AKV (Dec) 100 banked 2010 points.. all 2011 and 2012 etc...
Buy pays closing.. Buyer/Seller Split 2011MF... $70/pt...

Hope all goes well with your sellers! How long has it been since you submitted the contract? I kept bugging our broker since we hadn't heard back... they were great at getting back to me within mins with updates that made me feel a little better.. our first purchase into DVC..
