What floor is the observation deck on to see the fireworks from???

Not positive on this but....I think it's on the same floor as the California Grill -- 15th floor??

Yes, it right outside the restaurant but I've heard that they've closed it and only those who eat at the restaurant can use it.

There is also an observation deck on the 4th floor (Chef Mickey's floor) behind the stores for seeing the fireworks. Not as high but still a great view.

If you are not staying at the Contemporary you may view the fireworks from the 4th floor. I believe you can view them form the top floor if you are a guest of the resort or if you are eating at the California Grill. Hope that helps!
