contempory question..............

When I look at the picture of the contempory from the outside I see a thicker white strip near the top of the resort. I also see what appears to be one row of windows on top of this white strip, is this the 14th floor?

Meaning where is the 12th floor and 14th floor in poportioin to the white strip?

Also when looking at the resort from the inside it appears that the courtyard only has access to the 11th floor looking down to chef mickey's. Please let me know if I am wrong?

humm, not exactly sure what you are seeing. But the 14th floor has no access to the concourse. Also, there is no 13th floor (for rooms, anyhow). Mechanical equipment occupies this space. Is this what you're seeing?

I don't know if the 12th floor is open to the concource as we've only stayed on 14.
