I just wanted to tell everyone what this cast member at the Door Way To Dreams Event told me. The lady said she has worked at Disney for 22 years and she said she heard that it was going to be a convention center and rooms for people at a convention to be all in 1 building. I hope that is not true. I am hoping that this turns out to be a DVC.

I hope that is not true. I am hoping that this turns out to be a DVC.

I heard a cast member speaking to some owners beside me at the event. He was talking about it being a DVC property (but he was careful to always refer to it as the "rumored" DVC resort).

All of the permits filed with Orange County recorders office have been described as a DVC property. I don't think you have to worry about it being anything other than a DVC property.
