Contemporary Standard Rooms

So if Contemporary is included in the *hopeful* discount, what are the standard rooms? It says $139 for the dates I am going, but is that just the garden wing? What about the standard tower rooms? Would those also be included in the $139 price, or maybe they will be more, but still discounted?
