Planning our trip (two adults) in May staying in the Contemporary Main Tower with theme park view. Any specific room/floor requests I should make that would make a big difference? Thanks all!
Higher floor for the view but can make some guests nervous looking over the hallway balcony down to the 4th floor Concourse in the Atrium. Also you might request an Odd room number so you can see MK and the Castle from your beds.
If you really want to narrow down to the best room range to narrow down to the northwest part of the building past the elevator bridge. Ask for a room in the range ending in 38 - 48. The TPV rooms start on the 6th floor so room numbers begin with 42xx for the 6th floor, 7th floor would be 43xx all the way to 47xx for the 11th floor the highest floor that is not a Club level room.
ETA: Add room range to narrow down to the northwest part of the building past the elevator bridge.
High floor, north side of building closest to MK. Higher floor trumps the location on the floor, but if I have a choice I prefer not to be over the Chef Mickey’s side of the building (that’s not a deal killer, just a preference).
Just got back last night. Our room was on the 9th floor, room 4531. We had a great view of MK and the fireworks. There was no noise in our room from the monorail, Chef Mickey's or 4th floor in general. I like walking out of the room and looking over to check out contempo cafe and see the characters in chef mickey's. Such fun! Enjoy your stay!
