I stayed in the Main Tower a few years ago before the refurb and I have to say I'm not terrible impressed with the refurb.

First I will say I did enjoy our room location. Had a nice view of the Monorail going in and out of the main tower.
It was also nice and quiet in my room and never heard a neighbor.

The downsides though were a huge lack of storage. The drawers in the closet were small and I'm a dresser type of person so having to use the closet was annoying.
I am also not a fan of how the beds are hooked together via the platorm that goes across the top that gives you your bedside table and middle nightstand.
When you moved on your bed the person laying on the other bed could feel it.
The last issue I have is in the bathroom. One there are legit only 2 hooks in the entire resort room and they are on the opposite side of the shower door so you have to put your towel on the sink. And two the shower door leaks so the floor was wet near the sink closest to it.

All that being said I would stay again as long as it was at a discounted rate.
I do love the resort overall.

Oh my gosh, I totally forgot about this! You’re right on both counts. The wet floor was annoying & kind of dangerous.

The connected headboards drives me crazy too. Very bad design. I miss having a dresser too.
