Contemporary pool rehab...

I read somewhere that the pool at The Contemporary is closed for rehab. Anyone know if it is done yet? We will be there 3/22 and certainly hope to be able to use the pool! Thanks!

I can't answer your question. Sorry. The pool REALLY needed to be redone though. That was my largest complaint about the Cont.

They reopened sunday morning 3/9 and we swam there that afternoon. Enjoy!

So, how was the "new" pool?

I don't know what condition it was in before. I think some tiles were replaced ect. The slide was in great working condition, the fountain in the center of the pool worked. There was a "walk-on" type fountain (like at Epcot) near the pool that was lots of fun. Streams of water squirted into the pool near the hottub, kids liked to crawl under them. I think you will be pleased even though it is not zero-entry as of yet.
