Contemporary Concierge

Going to Disney on November 19th, just wondering how the concierge is at the Contemporary Resort?

There are 2 styles od concierge service at the Contemporary Resort.. full concierge on the 14th floor and concierge lite on the 12th floor. Which service are you booked for?

The full (14th floor) is one of the best/most exclusive ones at Disney. We spent a wonderful week there last month. Only 16 rooms & suites on the entire floor.

The 12th floor is the "light".

Just curious-why is the 14th fl. of the Contemporary considered the best in WDW. Do you really think it was the best? What did they have there that made it so special?

I think im staying on the 14th floor, just wondering if anyone ah s a link to a site where there are pictures of the floor or the rooms.
