wrong room...

when you call housekeeping they know which room you are in - and if you ask they tell you. It is always right. So how did they get that wrong????

I know, that is what's so disturbing. The manager said the blanket was supposed to be delivered to the same room as ours on the third floor and we were on the second. I can understand a mistake but I don't accept allowing their employees to enter a room in the middle of the night while people are sleeping. The blanket should have been left outside the door.
