Contacting the Boathouse

I've made reservations through WDW at the Boathouse for our upcoming visit. We have a very special request so I would like to speak with them directly if possible. Their phone number is simply a recorded message, so cannot speak to anyone directly. I've tried their contact-us page but the message goes no where. Does anyone know how to contact the Boathouse directly. Many thanks in advance for your help.
