contacting Poly Concierge?

Hi,

We have a reservation at the Poly for a concierge Garden View (although, on our confirmation letter, it does not indicate 'concierge', however I was told that was a glitch in their new system).

I have not received any additional info from them yet, and we are leaving in a couple of weeks. Does anyone have an e-mail address for the Poly Concierge where I can e-mail them?

IF you booked through a travel agent, sometimes the concierge doesn't get your home address to mail things. If you booked recently, they might not have gotten it processed yet. If neither is the case, guess they "got some 'splainin' to do"!

The res form doesn't indicate concierge, at least that's been my experience UNLESS it's a WDTC res. Don't know why, just another one of those Disney things. . .
