Contacting DD Art of Disney store

Hi. I am trying to contact the Art of Disney store at Downtown Disney. Has anyone had any luck getting them to answer the phone? I am using 1-407-828-3929 as a direct dial number and I have also gone through the Disney switchboard at 1-407-824-2222. They never answer the phone. I am trying to order some of the theme park posters. Is there anywhere else other than there to get good, quality reprints? Thanks for any suggestions or help.
