Then there is a problem with Cox, too. With my Yahoo account, I get responses to anything I've sent in, including the infamous black hole.

I have Cox and I have never once had a problem with getting email from them. My problem is that the email never matches the issue.

I have also applied an number of times and only recieved an email the first time I applied asking me the questions and then never recieved anything after that. I also sent in a question about a month ago and have not recieved anything back.
