contact info for 3 major credit agencies?

Does anyone know where I can find the three mailing addresses to the three major credit reporting bureaus? I need to mail in some supporting documents to get something removed from my reports, but stupid me, I can't remember my log in info, and my email address has changed, so I can't get back on the sites to get the addresses! I have googled it, and I just can't seem to find where the documents need to go. Any help would be great!

I've also tried posting this on the creditboards, but it seems that my post from last night has disappeared for some reason over there!

It's just not my weekend, I guess!
