Does anybody know how I might find a way to contact Disney management? We had some exceptional service, and I wanted to acknowledge some specific people. Also, I wanted to let them know I didn't think much of their "Mickey's Pin Trading" nights at the resorts. We went to the one at the Contemporary Resort on 1/3. The kids trading area was nicely done, but the outer area where the adults were allowed seemed like a wolves den
This did not have any "Disney Feel" whatsoever. There were to men that behaved like gentlemen. There were two women who were so rude to my daughters--I still wish I had confronted them to ask why they were involved with anything Disney b/c they were anything but "Disney-like". Oh, well, I'm done venting. THanks for any info you can give.
