Considering the International Dinner & Illuminations Dessert Reception

Can anyone give me a review? My DD is graduating from HS and my whole family is going so as a Grand Gathering, we would like to do something special one night. Here is a link to all of the information that I have.

Can anyone who has done this tell me about your experience? Was the food good? The two biggest questions are, was it worth it & would you do it again?

We did the GG International Dinner in January 2008 and had a terrible experience! Maybe they have improved things since then, but I would not waste credits/money on this event. Everyone in my party agreed it would have been much nicer to do a signature restaurant for our special dinner. At the International Dinner the food was bad and cold, the service was terrible (we finally got drinks after we were DONE with dinner, and my sister-in-law actually went to the serving area to get us a pitcher of water, and then they charged us a 20% tip on top of that, when the DDP brochure clearly stated that the tip was included with this event.
