First off my Connectsion experience was great.
Around April 30 I joined Connections through My Points. Ordered vouchers through the web site that day, received them in time for our May 5th trip, enjoyed B&C, PM and Charater Breakfast, cancelled memebership around May 25.
The 1$ was charged to my credit card on May 1st. However the vouchers didn't hit my credit card until June 26th. I checked and rechecked all my statements, and they did not bill me twice.
How can they stay in business with such a lousy system?
