Connecting Reservations with Friends

I am planning an adults only surprise 40th birthday trip for my DH and some friends. There will probably be 5 rooms worth of people at Pop, and everyone is making their own reservations at different times. How do I go about connecting all of our reservations so our rooms end up near each other? TIA!

You can't do that on your own. You have to call reservations and have it noticed on your reservation.

Did everyone book the same room category? If so, then when you ask them to link all of the reservations together, you might need everyone's reservation number, you need to request that the rooms be in the same area. Just having the reservations linked does not mean they would put you all in the same area.
