I have a cabin booked for September that is connected to another, cat 10 deck 7. Didn't request a connecting cabin, that was just the best available in that category at time of booking. Any personal experiences on being upgraded in a single connecting cabin? TIA

It probably won't affect your chance of an upgrade. Personally, I would try to get a different stateroom. We were in a connector once and it was NOISY! We're just two adults, and we had a family with kids next door. We could hear just about everything they said/did, since it was generally done at a high decibel level.

we lucked out last october - we too are just two adults and had a connecting room - turned out we were connected to just two adults as well! not a peep all week!

We had the same experience as inkkognito did!!!!! They were very loud next to us and we knew weverything about them!!! Then at the airport on the way home we heard someone shouting on of the kids names and guess who it was ?? The loud people next to us on the ship!!!! :earseek: Good luck. :flower:

we had a connecting room with a family the first day it was quit noisy the kids were banging on the door but after that it was fine. but the guy kept droping his cigarette and they kept rolling on our side of the veranda which was kind of rude.

All Cat 10 is booked at this time for my sailing. We'll see what happens as we get closer. Maybe FRR will kick in and I'll be able to upgrade. Either way it'll work out. :sunny: Thanks for your replies.
