Does anybody have the number to group reservations? I believe that is the number you and your guests call to reserve rooms under the room block correct?

It's (407) 827-6799. Make sure you call during their normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-7:00pm EST and 8:30am-4:00pm EST Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise, you get automatically bounced to regular the regular Disney reservations line (and they won't know about your discount rates.)

jasonandlisa thank you so much.

Ok, I just have to say this. I had to call the reservations about the comp night. We received a letter about our check in/out for the comp night. I had already made reservations and assumed that it was added into the reservation. Well, apparently the comp night is "automatically" an upgraded room (according to Randy the sales person). So at that moment I had two reservations for the WL on the same night. I could either use the comp upgraded room for one night, stay in that room for the entire stay but pay for the difference on the upgrade for the other nights, or just have the standard room we reserved comp'd for the wedding night. Ok, so far I understand all this. I opted for number 3 because I didn't want to change rooms the night of the wedding especially seeing we will most likely get in late. Here is the twist and the question (sorry it took so long to get to this point), I asked if we decided to upgrade the room at a later point would we still have to tell them about the comp room. First he said yes we would have to remind them of this, then he informed me that we may not get the comp room anymore if we upgrade. Apparently when I opted for number 3 it released the "automatically" upgraded room. Therefore if they actually sell those rooms and I upgrade to that level I might have to pay for it. I really don't understand this. Has anybody else experienced this situation? Please help clarify. I would like to possibly upgrade, but if I have to pay for it I will simply try to charm my way into getting some disney magic.

That doesn't make sense to me either. I'd understand if he meant that the upgraded room might no longer be available. But it seems to me that if an upgraded room is available, and they were originally planning to comp you that upgraded room, then they should still be willing to do that.

I'm staying at the WL, too, and faced the same options. Group reservations called to say that they saw we had reserved a standard room for the week. And that as a "surprise", my wedding planner had reserved a honeymoon suite for us for our wedding night, as our comped room. The reservation agent said she was calling to make sure we wanted that, since it would mean moving from room to room. I said that was fine. And then later on, I realized that moving on our wedding day really would be inconvenient. Plus, since I'll be getting my hair/make-up done in my room (at 5am) and a bunch of my girlfriends have said they want to be there while I'm getting ready, I decided it'd be better to already be in a suite-sized room the night before my wedding. So... I decided we'd get a standard room for the first two nights. Then I'll move to the suite the night before the wedding. DF will bunk with someone else. Then we'll both be in the suite on the wedding night. And then move back to a standard room the next day, for the rest of the trip.
