Okay, I'm confused, we planning our trip for May 23-26 and I was trying to finalize our dining plans. We are doing the MYD, so we are a bit limited at Epcot. Is the Garden Grill going to be open then? Also, what about the Sunshine Food Fair (or what ever it's called). We ate at the SFF last trip (October 2004) and loved it. I know that with Soarin going in, they were doing some rehabs, but I can't seem to find any info on the Disney site. :confused3 Thanks in advance for the help clearing this up for me! :)

Also, any reccomendations for table service dining at Epcot would be great (keeping in mind a VERY pick 4 year old :  ).

I do know the Garden Grill will NOT be open. It is down until late June.

Soarin should be open as the celebration starts May 5th.

The sunshine food fair I have heard will have some changes but not sure when it will be open. If I see or hear anything I will post back here again.

Deb Will site says that the Garden Grill and the Sunshine Food Fair will reopen in April. :sunny:

As far as table service with a picky little one....hummm... Le Cellier has hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken nuggets. I think most of the sit down restaurants will have a pretty basic child's menu, I just love Le Cellier for the adults in your party! :goodvibes

There is also Marrakesh Resuarant in Morroco if you think your little one would like the belly dancer!

Happy planning!!

Yes but if you try to make a PS there anytime before late June they won't let you and tell you it is closed.

We have found that in Epcot every restaurant has access to the same typical "kids meal foods" so we pick the restaurant based on the adult taste and the kids get/got kids meals. Some obviously will have kids meals geared toward the theme, pasta in Italy and such.

My girls are a bit older now and prefer to grab a soup, appetizer or salad rather than kids nuggets et all so its a bit tougher but when they were in the 4-8 range we could eat anywhere.

You can find all the menus on allearsnet
