I thought I asked this before about accessing the balcony/terrace during the reception at the Parlor and I am pretty sure I was told you can't. Though, I was just on the disney wedding website(official) and here is the description..:confused3

The grace and elegance of America's early days await you within the walls of this inviting homestead inside the American Adventure Pavilion.
Sip cocktails and enjoy hors d'oeuvres in the colonial-style Main Living Room, complete with a cozy fireplace and antique furniture. Savor evening breezes and views of World Showcase Lagoon and the America Gardens Theatre from a private balcony.
Move the party into the Thomas Jefferson Dining Room for a stately but still intimate dinner reminiscent of Monticello during the late 1700s.
Fine china and period artifacts fill an antique curio cabinet, the main focal point of the room.

Guests are not allowed on the balcony above the entrance to American Adventure, and the windows only open a couple of inches, so there's no way to get out there even if you wanted to. Sounds like that description was written by a marketing intern who's never actually been up to American Adventure Parlor.
