Confused On Fantasmic

I would like to take my toddlers to Fantasmic, 1st does anyone recommend this, also, where can I find restaurants thast do the package for the dinner/show and times for both? thank you

The three restaurants that do the Fantasmic package are Hollywood and Vine, Mama Melrose and Brown Derby. (Allearsnet.com has info on this)

I don't know about taking young children since we don't have any.

some say that little ones may be scared because of all the "mean" characters from teh disny movies.

I, myself, quite enjoyed fantasmic and can't wait to see it again....but I don't have kids....just my mom this trip...does she count?

We took our 2 & 4 yr. olds, and they didn't think it was scary at all.

Took my four year old ant there wa lots of toddlers there. No one seemed scared.

I took my 17month old and 4 year old to Fantasmic and they loved it! They were both just amazed I have read that it can be pretty intense for some children, so I am sure it depends on the child. I have never done a dinner package, so I cant comment on that.

I guess it really depends on the kids. I've done the FDP at Mama Melrose. It was really good. We're trying a new place this year.

If the kids are afraid of the dark or loud noises, it may bother them. My kids were afraid of both of those and actually loved it. I would definitely recommend doing the dinner package with kids that age. With the package, you are guaranteed a seat in a certain section of the theater. Without the package, you need to arrive about 2 hours early for the show. That is an eternity for an adult, much less two small kids.

Keep in mind that if you sit close and the wind is right; you may get wet.
