CONFUSED about split stay--HELP!!

Hi all,

Will be doing a split stay between BWV and AKV and have the DDP on both reservations. The first 2 nights will be at BWV and the last 5 will be at AKV. My question is...if I use all my ddp credits by the morning of the 3rd day (the checkout day at BWV) how can I start using my new credits if I haven't checked in at AKV yet?

We were planning to go to Epcot that morning and probably wouldn't check in to AKV until later in the afternoon, but I wanted to have lunch in Epcot and start using my credits immediately. How can I do this? Would I have to go to AKV and check in first that morning (what a pain!) or can I even do it the night before, so that I'll already have everything in advance (don't know if they allow that)?

You can't use your AKV credits at all until you check into AKV and get the key cards for that stay. I am not sure you can check in the day before. You'll need to plan to have someone go to AKV first and get the key cards.
