i rebooked on Board back July 2016 ... There has been some confusion Do I only get the 10 % off ... for my Future Cruise . I have read about a 100.00 ObC on a cruise 7 days or less .. Is this only because you might have used a certain Travel Agent that offers that not Disney Persay?

If you did an onboard booking, and the cruise you booked is less than 7 nights in length, you get the 10% discount and $100 onboard credit.

Unless it's a black out date. Then you only get the OBC.

In addition to the 10% off, you should also get the OBC of $100 for cruises less than 7 days, $200 for 7 days or more. It won't be listed anywhere until you get to your stateroom where there should be cards listing your OBC. Might be possible to call or have your TA call to double check it beforehand. You do need to cruise within 24 months of the date you booked the placeholder in July 2016 in order to receive any of the benefits.

You won't find it written anywhere about the OBC, but you may be able to get a phone rep to confirm it for you. The OBC for an onboard booking never appears anywhere in writing with your confirmation, just on the paperwork/brochure of the offer.

Enjoy your cruise!

Is their a certain code my TA would have needed to use ? I don't always trust Disney Paperwork .

Did your TA use the OBB reservation number that you received when you did the onboard booking in July 2016? You didn't specify if that was a placeholder or a real date booked. If it was a placeholder, the TA would have needed to use that reservation number when booking you to a specific date. If you booked a specific date onboard and wish to change the date, again the TA will need to use that reservation to change the date (not cancel, but change). If your TA did not use that reservation number (received in July 2016), then the OBB benefits will not be applied to the reservation.

Enjoy your cruise!

My email confirmations associated with on-board bookings all have the following notation below the price summary:

"The following apply to the reservation which may not be valid when changes are made. Other restrictions may apply.
. Onboard Booking: Includes a non-refundable, non-transferable stateroom onboard credit. Guests must sail within 24 months after the date the original booking was made onboard. Block out date for this offer apply."

No amount is indicated for the credit, but we usually save our OBB placeholders to do 7-night or longer cruises and receive the $200 credit.
