Confused about online check in

So, today I am able to check in online for a reservation at Poly Villas. I thought it would give me an option to pick which building we would like, but it is only giving options for floors and near elevator. With all the construction going on I am concerned we will be in a bad spot, as I'm sure many others are. How do I go about requesting a specific building? We are renting points so we don't have a travel agent to help with any requests. Thanks in advance for any advice!

The online check in system is also used by Disney's resorts (non-DVC) and the requests are set up for those resorts not DVC. So i would have the owner email MS or call them and place your room request that way.
