I know I'm not reading my dues statement right...can someone explain why the online statement shows a credit and then takes away the credit?
Here is how part of my statement reads for a smaller contract:
12.16.2012 Adjustment $ 8.37 Tax Adjustment $ 303.75
12.16.2012 Adjustment $ 8.37 Tax Adjustment $ 312.12
12.16.2012 Charge $ 312.12 Annual Dues Billing $ 303.75
12.16.2012 Adjustment $ 48.79 Actual Taxes <$ 8.37>
12.16.2012 Adjustment $ 57.16 Estimated Taxes <$ 57.16>
02.02.2012 Adjustment $ 304.12 Reapply Payment $ 0.00
***Why does it add $8.37 for an over-estimation (prior payment) in taxes, and then takes it away?
Thanks.
