Confused a bit about 90 day ADR's

Is it 90+10 days? Meaning I can actually book 100 days before my vacation? Or is it 90 days, and then I can book for the next 10 days?

We arrive on 1/23/10 staying onsite. So according to the ADR calculator, we can book on 10/25/09. But dosen't it switch to 180 days on 10/27?

It's the second. At the 90 day mark of your arrival, you can book for that day and up to 10 days afterward. It is not 100 days.

If your 90 day mark is 10/25, that is when you can make reservations. I think you are fortunate that you can call prior to 10/27. Because that day is the 180 day switchover, anyone who wants a reservation up to April 26 is going to be calling then.

No kidding! You sure did! My 90 days is like the 28th or 30th of October! I was bummed!!!!

Yeah who knew??? I'm actually glad to not use the 180 days. I just really can't decide that far out. 90 days though....I can handle that!

We're also going 1/23 and I'll be up bright and early Sunday morning to make my ADRs. Hope we aren't competing for the same places at the same times.

I remember reading on these boards awhile back that you can actually try making reservations online at 3am, even though it's not supposed to start until 6am. Does anyone know if this is true?

I have read the 3 am thing as well. So I guess that is for online only though? I will be out of town until Sunday night, so i won't be able to do them until Monday morning. I'm okay with my ADR's though...no castle meals, so I should be safe

Friday/Sat I got up at 3am to test the system and the system had turned over to the next day. Last night was exactly the 90 day mark and the 3am turnover did not happen. Everything was up and fine at 6am though.

I'm thrilled to say (and have been happy dancing all day) that I got every single ressie I'd hoped to, give or take a half hour!!

I thought the same as you with the 90 + 10 thing!! And I'm going the same week as you! I am psyched that we got an Ohana ADR for our first night!

I got all of my ADR's withinn 5 minutes of when I wanted with the exception of Liberty Tree Tavern which had no availability at all. I want the character breakfast!
