Hello everyone. I read through more than 20 threads about Aunty's but the more I read the more I'm confused. Please shed some light on it :). This is our first time to Aulani!

I did the online pre-registration and signed her up for the Fish are Friends activity. I received an email confirming my registration, but it didn't mention anything about the Fish are Friends. Instead they "reserved" DD into 2 of the complimentary experiences (Coconut King and Aloha Party). I was told to drop by the House on check-in day to purchase the wristband. the problem is we will be arriving late when Aunty's will be closed. Does that mean I will still need to line up early the next morning to confirm DD spot?

The other thing is about the free- play. My understanding is I will be able to drop DD off anytime as long as the club is not at full capacity. is that right? or do we need to pick a particular time slot in order to free play?

Also when Coconut starts at 7:30pm, Can I drop DD of at 6pm? Will they bring DD to the organized activity when it's time? DD is only 3 so she might not know what to do. She is really good at all the summer camps or kids clubs though.

Thanks for any information!

This is the first I've ever heard of them pre-registering people for the free activities, so I'm not sure there. My guess is you could just drop by that morning. Are the activities that first day?

I never received any sort of confirmation for my kids doing Chip and Dale (the other premium activity). I called and checked and still never got anything. When we got the bracelets, I checked again and they were on the list.

There is a little more paperwork even if you do the online stuff and you will want anyone with you who might be picking her up as they take your picture.

Yes, you can drop off for free play anytime as long as they aren't full. Even if they have the full sign up, you can (and need to) drop off 30 min early. If you need her dropped off at 6, you could reserve and pay for dinner. This has to be done in that early morning line and is $7 I believe. This way you know you have a spot.

I picked up once right before an activity. They had all the kids in one room and were calling names of those registered. My kids (3 and 4) never missed an activity, so my assumption is that's how they do that.

My kids loved Auntys! Have an awesome trip!!

Thanks for your information!!!

Yes I was surprised They reserved in advance for those complimentary experiences. as all I read was to line up early to secure a spot! the email said "we are able to create some magic". Maybe I can call to confirm the magic is not a trick.

Good to know They will be calling them for the activities. Thank you!!
