Conflicting reports. Is there a SPD discount for me April 12-20 2013

I keep reading conflicting posts. Is there a Stay/Play/Dine offer out for mid April. My dates are 4/12-4/21 2013. I hear the Disney system is down and the offer isn't listed on the special offers page. I got free dining for December last year about 2 days before they posted it on the site.

No. Someone was posting an offer on the wdw which is just a reg. package and there is no discount with it. The discounts now are just through March 7.
