I called three times today to schedule my DDs at the Wonderland Tea for our upcoming trip in Jan/Feb.
1st Call - Was told the day I wanted was all booked. Asked to check the day before and again told it was all booked. Got discounted on the CM's end so called right back and...
2nd Call - Was told bookings aren't available for the WT yet for Jan or Feb, only taking bookings through Dec as of now and I should call back in a couple weeks. Hmmm. So I called back to see which of these two responses could be correct and...
3rd Call - Was told the day I wanted was booked. BUT when I explained the two previous calls and she investigated by checking some calendar and then trying to book various dates in 2013, was told that bookings actually weren't available yet for Jan and Feb, only through Dec.
It turned out to be good news and hopefully I still get a reservation BUT why doesn't Disney have a better system to tell CMs right away the correct info??
