confirming no canx fee if ADR made prior to 10/31/13?

I have some ADRs that I made in August. I plan to canx them in advance (I would do so anyway to not foreclose someone else from getting a table). But, in case I don't canx by midnight the prior day, I can still canx the AM of the ADR and not be charged? yes?

Can't answer that. Because I've seen some people say their confirmations say they will be charged. And I've heard that some guests have said WDW CMs told them that if they linked a credit card to their MDX profile, that card would be charged if you didn't show up, no matter when you made the reservation. Is that true? I don't have any idea.

The start date for CC at all restaurants was actually changed to November 19 as well.
