Confirmed reservations at the Fort during the holidays, how much?

How much will a confirmed reservation at the Fort go for during the weeks of Halloween and Christmas? I bet some will buy fixed weeks there during this time frame just to rent them out every year.

LOL - I was thinking the same thing
1. They will have to relax the "no decorations" rule at DVC.
2. Halloween will be an 11-month crush to get.
