There was a recent post asking about fish places recently and this place was mentioned ( might even have been by me)
Jana and I went last night and it was REALLY POOR for what they were charging. The wait staff were bored, uninterested and slow. the ceiling had watermarks on it, the paint on the walls by the food was peeling off, the food was at best really pretty average (some of the stuff was just poor) and for $28 per person it was WAY over priced. It was only the fact we had a buy one get one free coupon that softened the blow enough for me not to be seriously miffed about the whole experience. We payed $45 for the two of us and at that it was a little more than the meal was worth. If we'd payed full price it would have been close on $80 for the two of us (with a couple of beers)
For the price I'd say you're MUCH better off at the Cape May Cafe's clam bake, similar style meal (although no lobster), similar price, much better food much better service, much nicer surroundings. IMHO just NO comparisom.
