Condos/ non-smoking help needed

I need help from all of you off-site condo experts. I am helping my Dsis's FIL plan a big family vacation. He is currently undergoing cancer treatment and wants to celebrate when it's over by taking the family to
WDW. Some friends will also be joining them. That said, he is considering getting either 2 3 or 4 bedroom condos or possibly even a couple of homes. Here's the problem, my Dsis is a severe asthmatic with a fatal allergy to smoke. She always stays on property because even if a non-smoking room has the smell of smoke the castmembers are always terrific about moving her. She is extremely worried about getting down there and not being able to stay in the condo because someone smoked in a non-smoking unit. I know that there are no guarantees, but if you have any suggestions for condo resorts that are exceptional in their cleanliness/service, they would be much appreciated.

Most homes I have seen are non smoking except for on the lanai. Which is outdoors.

They also are very strict with the rules. I am certain if you ask specific to the homes you are renting they will assure you of this fact.

We've rented twice at WH (found condos through VRBO.com) and a third time there pending in a few weeks. We aren't violently allergic, but violently opposed to smoking none the less. We've had great luck on our first unit we rented (rented the same place twice). When I booked the unit we're going to now, I specifically asked the owner about smoking. She shared our angst, and said they diligently monitor the condo for any signs of smoke, and if they find any, the renter is charged an insane amount to clean all of the furniture and carpets.

Bottom line - best advice is talk to the owners of the condos and explain the situation, then get their opinion...
