Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers! He died at 76 - way too young. We found out he had lymphoma on April 1 and everything started going downhill from there. We were hopeful that he would have had more time than this. Cancer sucks!

We're heading to New Orleans this weekend for the service. It'll be Ferris and Finley's first time on an airplane. I already feel sorry for everyone sitting around us.

I always think that the best thing we can do when we lose someone is to honor their lives by the way we live ours. I'm sure you will do that for your grandfather and Kevin will, as well, in his loss.
