Condo/Rental near Tampa/Dunedin/Clearwater

Hello! Hoping to combine Disney/Universal with some baseball spring training next year. We usually stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek in Orlando but interested in something similar closer to Tampa area. Does anyone have any recommendations? Places you love....or would avoid?

That’s a Long park commute! Sometimes we combine a gulf visit with WDW and stay a few days in St. Pete Beach before continuing on to WDW. We love the Old Florida vibe of St Pete, and have stayed at Siriata Beach Resort.

I should have been a bit more clear - we would stay some of the trip on the coast and then likely stay at Bonnet Creek for the actual park days. Hoping for a 10 day trip or so.
