Conditions on Father's Day?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to decide how long I can wait to go to DL since our move, and figured I could plan some special suprise for DH on Father's day as well. Has anyone ever gone, or know what to expect on Father's Day as opposed to a regular Sunday?

Father's day was one of my favorite days to go when we lived in SoCal. The crowds were always low. Super Bowl Sunday was anther good one. And of course anytime there is a minor earthquake...
This year things may be a little bit busy, but I bet Father's day will still be better than most Sundays.
