Can you do this onboard or in advance?

Yes, you can. You can also request a dinner rotation. Both of these should be done ahead of time. Note, these are just requests, not guarantees.

Could you let me know too please? We have a cat3 for Nov5. Our TA said she waitlisted us for early seating but if there is a way I can make a request straight to DCL I think that would help.
