Is this available for DVC guests?

We are staying at the Grand Californian Hotel in DLR coming up in April and I was thinking it would be nice to have access to the concierge snacks. Can we upgrade when we get there or do we have to reserve? How does it work? I've never had concierge access before.

It is worth it? How long does it stay open? Can we go late night or early mornings? My guess it that we could use it for breakfast before going to EMH's and then stop by after the parks for a late night snack. I guess if we take a break during the day we could go there to have a lunch/snack.

Any advice is appreciated.

So is it just certain rooms then? I thought it was just access to the lounge area with food and drinks.

It's a booking category for a non-DVC room.

You can buy a ton of snacks and drinks for what they charge, better yet you can go out for dinner for what they charge.
