Marelaude and wallawalla, your posts pushed me over the edge (see I can blame it on you). I upgraded our 4B to the one-bedroom and changed my friend to the connecting room. So excited!

When will you be cruising? If before April 23rd...I'd love to hear how it goes! This is our first Disney Cruise and we are so excited and think having both of those rooms will be great!

The only thing is that with all of the kids too young to sleep on top bunks, at least one adult would have to. I probably wouldn't mind, though my husband might think it was weird to have him and DD in twins and me in a top bunk.
I know this is an old thread, but wondering if anyone that has sailed in a concierge 1BR connecting to a non-concierge family stateroom can report back any actual experiences. When we booked these rooms for our family of 6 (4 kids) earlier this year the reservation agent told us that they actually will give concierge treatment to the travelers in the connecting regular stateroom. None of the posts so far on this thread came from anyone who had completed a trip, so I'm wondering if they ended up being wrong or if their policy changed - anyone with actual experience? The problem I am going to have if we don't all get the same perks is that they wouldn't let us book both my wife and I in the concierge suite because we needed to have an adult in the other room - my wife and I were looking forward to going to the adult cocktail receptions, etc., when the kids are doing their own things. Thanks for any actual experiences anyone can offer!
